Abstract

There is almost no phenomenon that in the last decades is the subject of the comprehensive researches of the number of social studies (economic, sociological, legal, political etc), as it is the case with the term Globalization. Beside that, it couldn’t be said that the all aspects and essence of the globalization are completely researched and theoretically explained, but the current global financial and economic recession directs towards the need of the comprehensive observation of this issue, where as, more or less the economy of every country in the world is in the recession and its consequences can be extremely fatal. Therefore, in this work, beside the explanation of the term and the essence of the globalization, we discuss about the general consequences of the globalization processes and the need to act widely in order to improve and to eliminate unwanted consequences of this socially economic phenomenon.
