Economic-institutional solutions and economic policy to be necessary:
- To establish to induce macroeconomics frame to induce the market reengineering existing enterprises in the direction of global economic standards,
- To eliminate distortions to national capital market be organized the enterprises and managers markets,
- To create institutional frames to induce enterprises to create strategy partners coalitions, which to know use what to be left over and take in new markets and commercial-technical know-how for adaptation the existing producer programs the demand of global markets.
